RSR file is commonly saved in Preview image of a 3D model created with Poser which provides a thumbnail preview image of the model in the Library palette. RSR files are only used by the Windows versions of Poser before the Poser Pro Pack while newer versions of Poser save preview images in the PNG format, which is compatible with both Mac and Windows machines.
