The EU RoHS directive makes no mention of the terms RoHS-6 or RoHS 6/6. However, the term RoHS-6 or RoHS 6/6 refers to components and assemblies that are RoHS compliant and Pb-free. RoHS-6 or RoHS 6/6 compliance is complying with the restriction of all six (6) RoHS listed substances, without taking any exemptions. In other words, RoHS-6 or RoHS 6/6 compliant components and assemblies do not contain substances that exceed the RoHS concentration limits for Pb, Cd, Hg, Hec-Cr, PBB, and PBDE.
