RNA Secondary Structure Database is a web application and an underlying database application for storing RNA sequences and their secondary structures (along with annotation data) that can perform structural and sequence structural searches. Both searches can be combined with fulltext search. RNA SS Database has also a user-friendly interface for managing sequences, structures and their annotations. As a new feature, database can be also easily accessed from external applications using a web-service (SOAP interface with WSDL definition file).
