What is rhe difference between DSL and aDSL?
ADSL is an Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line. In other words, the upstream bandwidth is not equal to the downstream bandwidth. Usually the downstream bandwidth is much higher. Most residential DSL connections are ADSL connections. DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) is the blanket term used to cover all types of broadband via telephone lines, including ADSL, SDSL (S for Symmetric), ADSL2, ADSL2+, VDSL (V for Very High Bitrate), etc…
