When a bank franchise taxpayer ceases operations in Delaware, a final call report or financial statement setting forth the taxable income of the taxpayer is due within 30 days. A Final Franchise Tax Return is due January 30 of the following tax year and any final tax liability is due March 1 of the following tax year.
