The necessary amount of mileage must be present in a member’s account. Reservation must be made confirmed and booked in award reservation class. No wait list is permitted. An award request form (or a signed written award request) together with the copies of Miles&Smiles membership card and ID must be handed over to the Turkish Airlines Sales Office for the issuance of the award tickets.
