You will be given a general anesthesia (GA) package that includes a pre-operatively check list that you MUST follow. In particular, your child must not eat or drink anything for eight hours prior to treatment. Afterwards, most children are feeling and playing normally after approximately 6-8 hours. Detailed information will be given to you at your first visit. If your child becomes ill (fever, infection, etc) before their surgery date, please inform us in case we need to reschedule the surgery date. A short, post-operative appointment will be booked 1 week after surgery please fell free to ask questions at any of these appointments. Back to top.
