What is required to order a custom bumper?
A. Custom bumpers must be ordered over the phone. There are many details and we want to be sure your bumper fits perfectly. Best method is to call the shop and speak with Max. Because each frame is slightly different we will need a very precise measurement of your frame external width. This will ensure your bumper fits your frame. As well each bumper has additional options that can be ordered, such as expanded metal covers (pictured), and auxiliary lights. The bumper pictured was built as close in to the frame and as high as possible for maximum ground clearance, approach and departure angle, and strength. Included with that was custom work done to the tow hitch to ‘encase’ it within the bumper. ASA cannot be responsible for your tow hitch fitting with an ASA custom bumper in place. If your truck has a tow hitch most likely you will need to modify it yourself or have it re-welded locally.
