What is required to obtain a registration to purchase refrigerant products?
The certification from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to handle refrigerants is required when applying for the Certificate of Registration. Once you are EPA certified, you will need to complete the Application for Certificate of Registration to Purchase Refrigerant Products, and submit it along with a $25.00 registration fee to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, P.O. Box 12157, Austin, Texas 78711.
