What is required to manage a state or region?
KWCUSA has changed, and managers is a title which has been for the most part changed in meaning or been dropped. Managers were originaly asked to perform many tasks and duties which were not related to putting on a good event. That has changed and now, every host is treated the same and the same is asked of each. Now, it might be said that every host or venue is a contest manager and will report directly to KWCUSA on all matters. KWCUSA is now just calling them all hosts.
