What is required to make a reservation?
When ready to confirm your reservation you may either book online or call to speak with one of our reservations agent TOLL FREE: 1-888-746-5446. Homes4uu requires one night’s room and tax to confirm. The remaining balance is processed 7 -14 days prior to your arrival. We strongly encourage to check this policy with other companies you may be considering as most request $300 to $400 as a deposit – non refundable?
When you find the house of your choice you can either book the property on-line or speak to one of our Reservationists at 1-800-592-5568. When making your reservation all we require is a 1-Night Rental deposit that is a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your rental cost. The remaining balance is processed 30 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable at that point. Please note if the final payment falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday it will be charged the last business day prior to your final payment date.
A deposit of 1/2 of the total stay is required to make a reservation. Upon check in you will be required to present your driver’s license and the credit card used for deposit. All credit cards used must belong to an occupant of the cabin. Cardholder must sign responsibility for any damages incurred by themselves or any member of the party at check in. No reservation will be honored if the cardholder is not present at check in. Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted. Advanced deposits are maintained in an interest bearing escrow account and interest is retained by our office to help defray operating costs. NO personal or business checks are accepted at check in. Personal checks and business checks are accepted for the deposit as long as they are received at least 30 days before the arrival date.
