What is required to install a patio cover?
Patio covers require ACC approval. The roof pitch must match that of the residence, and it must have the same type, quality, and color shingles as the residence. (It is recognized that color fading and dye lots may not permit an exact match. As close a match as can be reasonably achieved is acceptable.) Details should include a description of the patio cover, including its size and the materials to be used. There should be enough information to confirm that the requirements in the above paragraph will be met.
