Just wait. I recently planted some water liliy seeds. After about 3 weeks I am still waiting for growth to appear. We are supposed to plant in clay to hold seeds, but with a tuber, I don’t see how you can go wrong. If you have leaves, that is a good start. The flowers will appear. Good luck, I hope they flower soon.
