What is required to ensure compatibility between the readers and my access control panel?
The following is required to ensure compatibility between the Bioscrypt reader and the access control panel: • The access control panel’s Data 0 and Data 1 lines must rest idle at 5VDC. • The access control panel’s Data 0 and Data 1 lines must be able to detect a drop in voltage to below 500mV. • The access control panel must support a binary wiegand format that contains 64 bits or less. • This format must be non-encrypted and contiguous.
