What is required physically to do massage? How much weight do I have to be able to lift?
The term body mechanics (the name of our school) has to do with the use of proper body movement in daily activities, the prevention and correction of problems associated with posture, and the enhancement of coordination and endurance. Our focus at the Bodymechanics School is to help ensure that each therapist uses their body correctly and learns how to apply leverage and proper technique based on body size. The smallest of therapists can perform excellent work.
