What is required of my organization if I am hosting a wellness event (e.g. tables, chairs, electricity)?

We provide a turn-key program, including the nursing staff, necessary paperwork, vaccine and supplies, etc. We bring everything with us the day of the clinic and remove it all, including medical waste, upon completion of the clinic. We do require the site to provide adequate space, tables, chairs, waste baskets, and electrical outlets (not applicable for all screenings).
