A. 910 KAR 1:240 states that, if there is an increase in the number of living units, an ALC shall reapply for certification with DAIL not less than 60 days prior to the increase. The certification fee will be prorated. If there is a decrease in the number of living units, an ALC shall notify DAIL within 60 days of the decrease.
