A detailed sketch showing exact footage to be excavated may be substituted for work pertaining to sanitary sewer connection and driveway widening. Performance Security – Prior to the issuance of a permit for excavation of a roadway, sidewalk or Town right-of-way a bond or certified check in the amount of $1,750.00 payable to the Town of Eastchester must be submitted.
