What is required if I decide to move into Grace Brethren Village?
1. After you have chosen the cottage that you like, you will be asked to complete an application form. This form will ask you questions concerning 3 basic areas; your medical history, financial disclosure and personal character references. The Executive Director of Grace Brethren Village will review this information to make a determination whether or not Grace Brethren Village is a good fit for you at this time. This application is kept in strict confidence. 2. After the application has been reviewed and approved, you will be contacted and a time will be set-up so that a contract can be signed. At his time a move-in date will be finalized. 3. If you decide to utilizing the Endowment Plan, a 5% down payment is due at the time of the contract signing. The remaining amount of the Endowment must be paid in full 2 days prior to taking occupancy of your cottage.
