What is required from RWJF grantees funded through the Communities Creating Healthy Environments program?
Grantees will be expected to meet RWJF requirements for the submission of periodic financial and narrative reports. At the close of the funding period, the lead organization will be expected to provide a written report on the project and its findings for broad dissemination. Project leaders and paid project staff will be expected to participate in convenings and other learning community events for Communities Creating Healthy Environments. Project leaders also are expected to participate in the ongoing evaluation of the initiative.
