(Correction 1/25/08) A simple majority of registered voters residing in areas serviced by Rosario Utilities (Washington Water Services.) The County Voters Registrar shows apoproximately 350 voters that qualify; therefore, if all vote, at least 176 votes are needed to approve the Annexation.
