What is required for completion of general education?
Students are required to take a minimum of 44 semester credit hours in general education courses and fulfill the General Education categories. For more information consult the general education requirement sheet. All transfer students should see an advisor upon arrival at MSU. MSU will honor the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum offered at other institutions. Transcript evaluations are completed by the Office of the Registrar. If there are any additional requirements the students must complete, it will help to know them while planning any advanced work.
