What is required for a dog or cat license?
All dogs and cats at three months of age are required to be vaccinated for rabies by a licensed veterinarian. Proof of the vaccination must be presented to obtain the city license for your pet. Many veterinarians issue licenses at the time of the vaccination at their clinics. The license cost is three dollars for a spayed or neutered pet and five dollars if not.
