There is no written commitment required from the owner for USPP to perform the required research, economic analysis, engineering studies and complete the application for grant from the CT DPUC. The following is needed from the owner: • Written authorization, allowing USPP access to all the available data from the electrical utility, for all the meters at the proposed site, including any electrical meters of tenants. • Provide any available drawings of the “Site Plan” and electrical drawings, • Arrange for access to the site and all buildings to inspect the proposed site and gather information needed for the development of site drawings and electrical schematics. • Review and sign the completed application. • Forward copies of all correspondence from or to the DPUC to USPP. • One year or more of electric and gas bills • A detailed overview of site energy consumption and demand needs • Electrical meters capable of recording data at 15 minute intervals.
