The first requirement for storing records at the State Records Center is to have an approved Retention Disposition Authorization (RDA) that covers the records you wish to store. Upon special request and on a limited basis, we will consider records for storage that have a submitted but pending RDA. The RDA form is available online in either a PDF format or a Word-Fillable format. Next, the records must be packed in an approved Records Center box. Boxes come in three sizes. The Full Size (A) boxes come in bundles of 10ea (order #3191) and bundles of 5ea (order #3189), Half Size (B) boxes (order #3220) are sold as singles and oversize boxes (C) measuring 10″x15″x25″ (order#3195) and are also sold as singles.
