What is represented by the different entitlements in the full text article request report by entitlement?
A. The subscribed entitlement shows all titles that are being used under regular subscriptions. The ‘publication years before 1995’ represent the backfiles. Under ‘subject collections’ fall the regular subject collections, Ideal migration packages and Freedom package. The non-subscribed journal report shows all titles that are being used via transactional allowances and/or via credit card purchases. Portfolio Management shows the usage of journals under the Portfolio Management subscription. Conditional access is for journals to which you have access because you have a subscription to the companion title of that journal. Any entitlement will only be visible in the drop down box when a customer has usage under a particular entitlement or had it in the past.
