What is Remember Me Reunions refund policy?
A $15.00 processing fee per person will be assessed for all ticket cancellations. Full refunds (less the processing fee) will be granted for all cancellations made not later than fourteen (14) business days prior to the reunion, and will be processed within ten to fourteen (10-14) business days following the reunion. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within ten (10) business days of the reunion, or for not attending the reunion. The processing fee does not entitle you to an alumni directory. No refunds will be granted for photo orders, extra t-shirt orders, extra alumni directories, or alumni directory advertising. To request a refund, please e-mail to scott@remembermereunions.com requesting refund. Please include the classmates’ name, school and class year in the request. If payment was made with a credit card, please provide the FIRST 4 and the LAST 4 digits of the credit card used to make your purchase.
