What is Red Houses cancellation policy for courses?
Red House courses are fully refundable up until two weeks prior to the beginning of the course. From that time through the completion of the second class, course fees are refundable for studio credit. In the event that a course is not the right fit for the student, Red House is typically able to offer an alternative course suggestion, or apply the students fees toward private lessons. After the second class of the course, all course fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
