What is recommended for cleaning and caring for Phylrich product?
All Phylrich finishes are protected by a clear coating and therefore never needs to be polished (polishing with a abrasive polish will void your warranty). Rather, we recommend that your Phylrich product be wiped clean by a soft, damp cloth on a regular basis. Avoid any buildup of soap, toothpaste or mineral deposits, as these tend to have an adverse effect on the appearance of the product as well as the integrity of the coating. Abrasives, chemicals and harsh cleaners are never necessary and use of them will void your warranty. The common rule of thumb is: when you dry your hands, dry your faucet.
