What is reckless endangerment?
Reckless endangerment would be a person who conducts themselves in a manner that puts other people at substantial risk. If you were driving like a madman down the road, where there are a lot of pedestrians, or you have someone in the car with you, you could be charged with reckless endangerment. Your behavior may not result in someone actually being hurt but the possibility of someone getting hurt exists.
