EducaNext provides global services for the exchange of Learning Resources among leading Higher Education Institutions and corporations across Europe. Such services are enabled by the technology entitled “UNIVERSAL Brokerage Platform” (UBP). In fact, EducaNext is a product of UNIVERSAL – one of the most ambitious e-Learning projects sponsored by the European Commission. REASE is another instance of EducaNext, based on UBP. It is limited to topics around the Semantic Web.
