What is RealComs management structure?
RealCom consists of an Executive Management Team that includes Rod Hanson, owner and managing member, including four senior management roles in Business Development, Operations, Human Resources, and Accounting. The team meets weekly to review company-wide initiatives and project priorities. The Executive Team collaborates together by providing a high functioning infrastructure so our employees and contractors have the resources, guidelines, industry knowledge, and leadership to be successful in the wireless industry.
