What is Ravenloft and what is its relation to Dragonlance?
The Demiplane of Dread (the setting for the Ravenloft brand) is a sort of pocket in the planes–it is a plane of existence where the damned go. There is a realm there named Sithicus inhabited mainly by Silvanesti elves, but there are also vampiric kender there and a tribe of humans called the Wanderers. This realm is famous for having been ruled for a time by Lord Soth (see question 5.6). There are a couple of other realms ruled over by characters supposedly from Krynn, but they are not characters otherwise mentioned in Dragonlance products, nor are their realms particularly Dragonlance in theme the way Sithicus is.
