The latest RWS RANCID release is available at the OpenNMS download site. Alternatively, you can build from source by running mvn package in the source tree checked out from the http://opennms.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/opennms/rancid-api/trunk/ subversion directory. This will create release and source tarballs in the target/ directory.
