Race HQ is the starting and finishing point for the day. When teams arrive at Race HQ they register with event officials and receive a Race Guide listing all the pit stops on offer. Teams are given a full event and safety briefing. Upon return to Race HQ, the scores are tallied and finalists announced. Teams can return to Race HQ at any time throughout the day to rest and use the facilities.
