What is Rac and what is it written in?
Rac consists of a number of highly integrated server stored procedures and functions written in the native language of server which is called transact-sql. You interact with these by issuing commands in the form of parameters and with arguments. If you want to extend the basic features of Rac you can use transact sql arguments that Rac will use in conjunction with the server.
