What is R.G. Rileys shipping and delivery policies and how do I choose a carrier when ordering on the web?
RG Riley ships 95% of all orders received prior to 1:30pm CST the same day. All product is shipped FOB from one of our distribution centers, freight promotions excluded. The freight charges you see when entering an order are the freight charges that will be invoiced. Our freight charges are not an additional profit center. Web Order entry: selecting a carrier and viewing the freight details. Please select a carrier for each warehouse from which items were purchased. Selecting UPS as the carrier will show you the exact freight charges for each shipment and allows the customer to track their orders 12 hours after the order has been shipped. If you would like RG Riley to search for the cheapest carrier please select Xpress Solutions Out (NO Residential shipments allowed) and we will search for the cheapest carrier on the internet and add the freight cost to the order. (You will only see a freight savings when freight costs exceed $150.00 per location). You must enter the following comment
