What is QUINN-Insurances approach to Claims Handling?
QUINN-Insurance works in partnership with the policyholder and broker with a joint aim of reducing both the number and cost of claims. Policyholders and brokers are encouraged to take a pro-active approach to the resolution of claims and to work with us from the very first notification. A Regional Claims Manager is instructed within 2 hours of the initial notification and they will work closely with the Managing Director, owner or designated person within the company to settle the claim as early and efficiently as possible. QUINN-Insurance employs Regional Claims Managers throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland who have the expertise required to achieve full settlement of the claim to the benefit of both the commercial policyholder and QUINN-Insurance. We will pay up to 50% of the excess (up to a maximum of £4000 on Public, Products and Employers Liability claims) if the policyholder has assisted in a quick and effective settlement avoiding unnecessary fees and costs.
