What is Quick Return?
This feature allows you to report DVDs/Books that you have returned to us. In turn, we will send out your next available DVDs/Books. This will effectively reduce turn around time for those of you who experience long delivery times with the USPS. The number of DVDs/Books you can report returned cannot exceed the maximum number of DVDs you can have rented out on your subscription plan. This means, if you are on the 3-out plan, you cannot report more than 3-DVDs returned. To prevent misuse of this feature, you can only use this feature after 5 business days of the ship date of a DVD. For Manga, you must wait 7 business days before you can use this feature.
