What is Quick Fit?
It is a co-ed express fitness center with a program that integrates cardiovascular (active rest stations) and strength training (resistance stations) exercise along with stretching into a complete 30 minute workout commonly referred to as circuit interval training. Our innovative program also integrates the use of various other dynamic activities (medicine balls, stability balls, resistance bands, plyometrics, etc) to make our program the most effective while keeping it fun and enjoyable.
