What is Question-A-Day (QAD)?
QAD is perhaps the oldest, and one of the largest regular medical educational mailings in the world. This emergency medicine Question-A-Day (QAD) and its sister site, the EDQuiz, together form the most popular section in all of NCEMI. Each day a question and answer set (with a citation) is e-mailed to thousands of subscribers across the country and around the world. Each week’s questions are organized around a single topic, providing an educational opportunity in one area spread out over the course of a week. Each question takes just a minute to read and digest, allowing for maximal retention of a small but important nugget of information. In addition, all the questions are stored in an archive that can be viewed on the web at the NCEMI site.
