one food in particular that I really love to eat while in Mexico and the name of the food is called Queso (Mexican homemade white cheese). This kind of cheese has been made in the comfort of Mexican homes that live out in rural areas for years. In this article I will explain how this cheese is made, and the steps involved. Queso is probably the freshest cheese out in the market when it comes to fresh cheese. This cheese when done is the color of white which is cheese’s original color. The taste is kind of sweet and a little salty, I usually eat this kind of cheese with flour or corn tortillas. Queso also goes good along with cooked boiled beans as a side on your plate, which is traditional in rural areas as a Mexican dish.
