All Austin Air products ship free to you in the United States, and we do not charge a restocking fee* in the United States if the order arrived damaged. The only cost you will incur for a return is in shipping your purchase back to us. If you request a return for reasons other than damage there is a $25 restocking fee that will be deducted.
