What is Puerto Rican food like? What is mostly made and with what?
I believe that Peurto Rican food is seasoned mostly with Adobo and Sazon. They also use liquid based seasonings called Reciato and Sofrito. They eat a lot of grains, Rice and Beans, Empanadas, Pastalillos, and things like this. My stepson is Puerto Rican so we cook these things in my house all the time. I love them.
