Dues provide for and maintain The Jocassee Club’s facilities and grounds, and provide for the amenities and services available with each estate share, including the Estate Manager. Also included are funds for salaries, supplies, maintenance, garbage removal, insurance, legal and accounting fees, utilities, property taxes, transportation and reserves.
