What is provided in the home?
Our home has been carefully furnished and equipped with our guests comfort in mind. There are two sets of sheets for each bed and three sets of towels for each bath. Pillows, blankets and pool towels are provided. All bedrooms have hairdryers, alarm clocks, and televisions. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, bowls, glasses, silverware and pots and pans. There is a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker and an electric kettle. There is also a pack and play, a high chair and a Playstation 2. For your laundry needs, a full sized washer and dryer are provided along with an iron and ironing board. The cleaning staff supplies small hotel-sized soaps and shampoos, 1 roll of toilet tissue for each bath, a single use of laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels and several trash bags.
Our condo is fully furnished and equipped for your vacation enjoyment. There are bed linens for each bedroom and towels for each bath. Pillows, blankets and other necessities are also provided. There are 20″ TVs in 2 bedrooms and with alarm clock radios. A Playstation2 gaming console is available in the second bedroom suite. Both bathrooms are also equipped with a hairdryer. All kitchen dinnerware and utensils are provided including plates, cups, bowls, glasses, silverware, pots and pans. There is a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and a toaster. For your laundry/cleaning needs, a washer and dryer are provided along with an ironing board and iron. The house is equipped with small hotel soaps and 1 roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom. If you are staying more than a couple of days, we recommend the purchase of additional supplies either at the on-site sundry shop or one of the nearby grocery stores.

We do also provide 8 pool towels, these need to be returned to the unit if you take them to the clubhouse pool. All kitchen utensils are provided including plates, cups, bowls, glasses, silverware, toaster, blender, teapot, coffee maker, and pots and pans. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and a stove/oven. For your laundry/cleaning needs a washer and dryer are provided along with an ironing board and iron. The house is equipped with small hotel soaps and 1 roll of toilet tissue in each bath. If you are staying more than a couple of days, you will want to purchase additional supplies.
The better question would be — what ISN’T provided?! Each home comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, silverware, glasses, and utensils. There is also a full size washer and dryer right in the home. Each bedroom will sleep up to 2 people in either a double bed (king, queen, or full) or a pair of twin beds, not to mention the queen size sleeper sofa which sleeps an additional 2 people. The home also comes with an alarm clock, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and even linens and towels!
All our homes are EXECUTIVE homes. The EXECUTIVE homes have all the extra amenities include at no additional charge . All linens, towels and washcloths are provided. Fully equipped kitchens with all the modern conveniences (microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with ice maker, etc.), dishes, cookware, cutlery, coffee maker, blender, toaster. They have washer and dryers, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners and a hair dryer.
