What is provided in the home?
The better question would be — what ISN’T provided?! Each home comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen including a refridgerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, silverware, glasses, and utensils. There is also a full size washer and dryer right in the home. The home also comes furnished with a TV and either a VCR or DVD player. (PLEASE NOTE: While many of our homes have multiple TVs, we do not guarantee more than 1 television in the living area, and do not guarantee that there will be TVs in every bedroom.) Each bedroom will sleep up to 2 people in either a double bed (king, queen, or full) or a pair of twin beds, not to mention the queen size sleeper sofa which sleeps an additional 2 people. The home also comes with an alarm clock, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and even linens and towels! What do I need to supply myself?
The home has towels, linens and blankets. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils including plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, blender, teapot and coffee maker. There is a microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. There will be ‘starter’ toilet paper and hand soap. The bedrooms have alarm/clock radios. The bathrooms have hair dryers. There is a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The homes are fully equipped with all linens and towels as well as a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee-maker, blender and all dishes, utensils, plates and drinking glasses. There is cable TV to at least two TVs, a VCR, a music system, at least one hair-dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Each bedroom sleeps two persons in either double (King, Queen or Full) or twin beds and there is a pullout sofa bed in the living area. Each house has a two-car garage, although occasionally owners will maybe use one of the spaces to store their own car. Our home is fully furnished and equipped for your vacation enjoyment. There are two sets of sheets for each bedroom and two sets of towels for each bath. Pillows, blankets and are provided. Both master suites are also equipped with a hairdryer and alarm clock/radios. We also provide 8 pool towels, these need to be returned to the unit if you take them to the clubhouse pool. All kitchen utensils are provided including plates, cups, bowls, glasses, silverware, toaster, blender, teapot, coffee maker, and pots and pans. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and a stove/oven. For your laundry/cleaning needs a washer and dryer are provided along with an ironing board and iron. The house is equipped with small hotel soaps and 1 roll of toilet tissue in each bath. If you are staying more than a couple of days, you will want to purchase additional supplies.
