Project Valhalla is a stand-alone mod for Bethesda’s successful Fallout 3 RPG. It adds a new camp with European explorers who have come to the Capital Wasteland to recover lost pre-war technology. It includes a full quest line (see Project F.U.S.I.O.N. in answer for Question 16) with a few side quests, traders, new items and unique collectables.
