What is Project Opus offering that the other sites do not?
Personally, I think the city link is critical. It was in our original thinking for Project Opus, and we have some unique city centric service ideas that I will share in a later post. However, I think we will be challenged rolling these services out to non-Vancouver cities without a proper strategy that addresses the issue I mentioned above. I feel that the strategy needs to be based upon building out PO as a platforms for others to “build their own” local music community.
