What is prohibited at a BI-LO Center event?
While attending an event at the BI-LO Center, please remember it is a non-smoking facility and does not allow laser pointers, video or audio recorders, professional cameras, knives or weapons, or outside food and beverage. Re-entry is prohibited. Q: Where would I pick up my tickets that I ordered online or over the phone? Tickets you have purchased online or over the phone through Ticketmaster as WILL CALL may be picked up in advance at the BI-LO Center Box Office during normal business hours of 10am – 5pm Monday through Friday or the day of show from open until end of show. Please bring a picture ID, the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, and your order number. The Box Office will not be responsible for unclaimed tickets. No information will be given over the phone as to the status of Will Call tickets.
